Day 1Vancouver Phoenix Sedona

After arriving in Phoenix, the beautiful red rock formations and the surrounding landscape became even more colorful as the sun set in the Sedona desert. Watching the sunset over Sedona is definitely a must-do when visiting. The red rock walls and steep canyons create a perfect backdrop for the beauty of the sunset. Luckily, there are plenty of spots in the area where you can enjoy stunning sunsets. And when the sun goes down, we’ll capture the magic of moonlight during Sedona’s Blue Hour. Everyone returns to the hotel to rest.

Day 2Sedona Milestone 13 Monument Valley

For those group members who like to take pictures of sunrise, you can get up early. It is convenient and safe to shoot in the external environment of the hotel. After everyone enjoyed the hotel breakfast, we set off for Monument Valley and stopped in front of the “Welcome to Utah” sign to take pictures. Next, we’ll head to the iconic Milestone 13, a classic running scene from Forrest Gump. Afterwards, we took part in an unforgettable sunset tour of the local area. B/L/D

Day 3Sedona Page (Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend)

Waking up in the morning light of the Monument Valley desert is the beginning of a sunrise trip to the canyon! From the world-famous Mitton Rock, walk through the beauty of this valley as the sun shines brightly. The tour will pass through various viewpoints on the famous 17-mile loop route. Afterwards, we will return to the hotel and enjoy a delicious breakfast. Afterwards, we will depart for Page and embark on a journey to visit Upper Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. In Antelope Canyon, a local Navajo Nation guide will lead you deep into the canyon to capture the best images. While tripods are banned, you can still capture beautiful moments with handheld devices. Before you get started, we’ll share with you tips for photography inside Antelope Canyon. Based on the experience of the team leader in the canyon many times, we will share examples of where you are shooting and some related skills in advance, so that everyone can capture the most exciting pictures in the canyon. Then, head to the next ideal shooting location – Horseshoe Bend. When we stand on the edge of the steep cliffs above Horseshoe Bend, you will enjoy the magnificent sunset moment. You can also capture the unique light and shadow cast by the sun on the surrounding rock faces for stunning photos. B/D

Angela Yiu, The Tour Leader

I have been in the position of travel itinerary planner for 19 years, and I have visited many tourist attractions during this time. Since 2010, I have made more than 40 round trips on this route in the American Southwest. I am particularly fond of landscape and portrait photography, and I have captured beautiful moments for group members. Getting their love and encouragement made me love photography even more. Since 2020, I have embarked on the road of photography, and decided to combine travel and photography to create our travel photography group Travelgraphy.

In this group, you will meet friends with the same interests and share photography skills and experiences together. We also provide information on travel locations to ensure you have a great vacation and photography time. We look forward to communicating with each other, learning, and sharing the fun and knowledge of photography during the journey. I believe that sharing is the best way to improve our minds and abilities. I look forward to taking great photos with you all during the trip.
