eHome South America Carnival

The Carnival festival in Rio is considered the biggest festival in the world.   This festival is held every year before Easter.  It is a competition among all Rio Samba schools.  It lasts for 2 weeks in Rio.

Since 2013, we attended The Carnival in Rio de Janeiro.  In our tour program to Brazil, we include an evening out for The Winner’s Parade.

The Winner’s Parade is the last night of this festival. It isn’t a competition anymore, but a celebration to honor the winners.  The atmosphere is much more relaxed and entertaining to everyone there.

Got some questions about the Winner’s Parade? Perhaps, watch this video for some ideas whether or not the parade is worth for your visit.  Remember, we go there every year.  Let’s go together!
